By the end of this lesson, students will be able to:

1. Identify and classify verbs into action verbs (run, jump, read) and non-action verbs (linking verbs: be, seem, appear; helper verbs: will, would, can).

2. Recognize and use action verbs to describe physical or mental actions.

3. Identify and use linking verbs to connect subjects to additional information.

4. Understand and use helper verbs (auxiliary verbs) to form different tenses and moods.
