If you publish content on our platform, you must also agree to our Instructor Terms. We also explain how we process personal data of students and instructors in our Privacy Policy. If your organization is using BeSmart Academy as part of a corporate or institutional learning program, please refer to our Business Privacy Statement for details.

You’ll need an account for most activities on our platform, including enrolling in courses, accessing course materials, or submitting content as an instructor. When creating and maintaining your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including any harm or loss caused to us or others due to unauthorized access. Please keep your password secure. You may not transfer your account to another person or use someone else’s account.

If you ever request access to an account, we can only grant it if you provide sufficient proof that you are the account owner. In the unfortunate event of a user’s death, that account will be closed.
